About Ellen

Ellen began taking Pilates classes as a way to realign her body after long days of working at a computer. The reformer became a gentle release from the day-to-day and a chance to rebalance both the mind and the body. She immediately felt passionate about Pilates and the way it made her feel, which set her down the path to becoming a comprehensively trained teacher.

Teaching Pilates has become a way for Ellen to use her creativity and passion to help others move their bodies. She is excited to help others who also need to readjust, find balance, and just simply move their bodies!
