Learn simple, attainable goals for daily movement and nutrition through this workshop that includes a 30-minute Pilates mat class, detailed discussion of nutrition basics, and handouts of the Pilates class sequence and sample recipes. Come prepared to move your body and have fun! Bring your own mat.
