This workshop will prepare your body for birth and teach you what exercises are safe to do during pregnancy and after. Come prepared for movement, as you will be guided through safe Pilates exercises and breathwork to strengthen muscles and create stability throughout the body while relaxing the appropriate muscles and releasing unwanted tension. You will also learn what to look for after baby - how to identify diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues - and what to do to heal these conditions. All information and exercises taught are safe and effective for pregnant women and new moms, and you'll take home a handout and Theraband to encourage your home practice.
