This class series, designed for women in all stages of pregnancy, combines classic mat work with the addition of spring based resistance for a fun and effective prenatal Pilates workout. This 4-class series will help you strengthen targeted muscles to create stability throughout your changing body while relaxing the appropriate muscles to release unwanted tension. Class is limited to 4 people, so there's plenty of personalized attention. Taught by Pre and PostNatal Pilates Specialist™ Amanda Howard.
