Amanda Howard

Amanda is excited to be back in Nashville after living 12 years in Chicago where she taught classical Pilates for 7 years and danced professionally with Chicago based dance company The Seldoms. She began taking Pilates at the age of 12 but really began to fall in love with it as an adult where she noticed Pilates strengthening her as a dancer while keeping her balanced throughout daily life. She received her BA from Columbia College Chicago and completed her comprehensive Pilates training from Frog Temple Pilates in Chicago, IL. As a Pre and PostNatal Pilates Specialist™ through The Center for Women’s Fitness, Amanda’s passion is teaching pre/postnatal mamas the power of Pilates and what it can do for the body during and after pregnancy. She believes Pilates is truly for everybody and hopes to continue her Pilates practice until she’s 100 and feels passionately about helping others do the same!

Lindsay Ogle

Lindsay found Pilates upon moving to Nashville in 2009. Looking for a way to broaden her dance training/teaching, Pilates was a natural fit. The science and anatomy associated with the method really resonated with her. She completed her training in 2011 and has been teaching ever since. With a keen focus on mindful movement and client education, Lindsay strives to get her clients moving efficiently and effectively so that mind and body are in accord with one another. She's proud to be a part of Nashville Pilates Company and the movement community here in Music City. When she's not teaching, she's hanging out with her husband David, daughter Ivy and her fur babies.

Ronni Allen

Ronni moved to Nashville from Las Vegas and is excited to be a part of the growing Pilates community. Ronni has been actively involved in fitness and nutrition for over a decade, and her passion for finding new forms of exercise led her to Pilates. She fell in love with the body and mind connection that Pilates teaches and completed her comprehensive training. By maintaining her own regular Pilates practice, Ronni appreciates how it feels to be a student and is better able to assist her clients in connecting body and mind through well structured sessions. While her passion is spinal mobility, she enjoys customizing her Pilates instruction to help clients reach their own personal goals. Thanks to Pilates, Ronni has “grown” two inches. She hopes to help others find their extra inch or two by decompressing, lengthening and moving their bodies.

Ellen Haring

Ellen began taking Pilates classes as a way to realign her body after long days of working at a computer. The reformer became a gentle release from the day-to-day and a chance to rebalance both the mind and the body. She immediately felt passionate about Pilates and the way it made her feel, which set her down the path to becoming a comprehensively trained teacher. Teaching Pilates has become a way for Ellen to use her creativity and passion to help others move their bodies. She is excited to help others who also need to readjust, find balance, and just simply move their bodies!

Kate Fleming

Kate grew up in McLean, Va, before moving to Nashville in 2016 where she completed her comprehensive training with Balanced Body Pilates. She began taking Pilates over 20 years ago and quickly developed a passion for it because it helped her live pain-free and also improved her dancing. Since then, Pilates has helped Kate become a faster, more stable runner and helped her regain strength postpartum. After becoming a mom, she decided there was no better time to pursue Pilates as a career. Kate feels strongly about helping others find the joy and strength she has found in Pilates, no matter what stage of life they are in.
